Here is where we really shine...literally.  At Northeast Detailing we care about how your paint is taken care of.  We are open and honest about the process that needs to be done.  All jobs are approached with a high level of expertise by a tech with years of experience.  To help you understand exactly what it is we do here, I'll explain in detail as follows;  First, your vehicle is "prepped".  A misting of all-purpose cleaner is applied to all trouble spots or areas of excess dirt and grime.  Next, a steam clean is done to the exterior to remove all signs of bugs, tar, tree sap, dirt, etc.  During this process your door jams and wheel wells are cleaned as well. Rims are treated with an acid which is put on and taken off quickly to remove break dust, dirt, or any other debris.  Then, a car wash brush is used to apply a luster soap to discard of any remaining contaminents on your vehicles paint and is then pressure washed away.  Your vehicle is allowed to dry and then brought inside.  Inside, we machine buff an appropriate compound for the job at hand.  During this procedure minor scratches in common areas (around door handles, sides of doors, etc.) can be removed, or at least minimized.  Your vehicle may then be washed once again, depending on the job.  Now, a "glaze" or polish wax is applied to your paint and then machine buffed to remove swirl marks and bring life back to the color of your vehicle.  At this point your vehicle may be very dusty, so a california brush is used to remove dust.  Finally, your paint is ready to be preserved and shined with our hand applied carnauba wax.  Wax is spread thoroughly on your vehicle, set to dry, and removed by hand with a microfiber towel.  At the customers request, this process may be replaced by a *sealant application.  Whether your order of service is simply just an exterior job, or a full complete, rims are shined, tires are dressed, all vinyl or plastic is dressed and protected, and all windows/mirrors are done in and out.  Your vehicle is now brought outside for a final rub down and some TLC.  A detail brush is used to remove buffer pad dust from cracks and crevices.  At last, a few steps back to check out the job that has been done!  What can I say, we enjoy what we do!

*Sealant Application -
An added service provided to our customers that protects up to a years worth of time.  A sealant is much stronger than a wax and provides a very solid shine to dark colors.  A highly recommended service to our customers before winter.
