Gift cards - If you are looking to redeem a gift card dated before March of 2007...please be aware that the change of ownership occurred during this date. All gift cards purchased before this date are not the present owners responsibility and are that of the previous owners who got paid for them. Also be aware that there is no balance on the "credit card" looking gift cards that were handed out and therefore have no value at the new NED. If you would like to contact the previous owner, Tony...then please call 603-289-6568. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Due to the previous owners lack of cooperation, and failure to follow contract guidelines....it has left us no choice but to leave it up to them. Rest assured any gift cards purchased from March 07 on will be honored, and do not expire.
If you are interested in bringing your vehicle to us, there are a few instructions we must ask of you...
*First, removal of all items in your car would be a great help to us. Remember, we clean every nook and cranny! It cuts our time in half by simply not having to remove items from your vehicle.
*Second, Remember that on occasion your carpets and seats may be damp following a detail. Try to keep your air on facing the floor to dry it up. keeping your windows open a smidge helps if you have to leave your vehicle off. Also, do not place your mats back into your vehicle until they have had time to dry off. Failure to do so can create a mold problem and another visit to us.
*Third, Depending on the size of your vehicle, and the type of detailing you're having done, the process can take up to 5 hours. So we please ask that you schedule accordingly, preferably on a day where you can leave it with us all day. You can drop your vehicle off the night before, or earlier in the morning. Simply park in front of the garage and drop your keys in the key drop. We will call you when it is ready to pick up.
*Lastly, We are not your typical detail shop. We care about our customers and the experience they have with us. We are always seeking new and improved ways to clean, protect, and maintain your vehicle. PLEASE, feel free to check over the job done before you pay up and leave. If you are ever to find ANYTHING wrong, missed, or just simply not to your standards....let us know and it will be handled promptly, and on the spot.
